Evaluation in the events
The judges for the events will consist of representatives of the schools that participate in the event as well as of representatives from the side of the organizers.
Every event is evaluated independent from the rest and consists of 3 contesting categories: a)Primary schools b)Gymnasiums c)Lyceums
In the formulation of the final score for the awards, the gravity of votes is divided according to the following presentence
The schools participating in each event should, by the end of January, declare the names of the judges to the organizers (a special form will be sent to them). These will be a teacher and a student from each school who should:

- Judges from the organizers: 50%
- Judges from schools: 50%

- Watch all live performances (Primary school, Gymnasium, Lyceum) both days of the event, meaning that people to be the judges should be present in the event area for the 2 days. It is possible for the judges to be different from the first day of the second day as long as the names have been declared ahead time to the organizers.
- After the end of each show and before the next one starts, they will have to deliver the completed forms to the secretariat with their evaluation.
- The judges evaluate all live performances of Primary schools, Gymnasiums, Lyceums of each event and DO NOT evaluate the videos as they compete separately.
Evaluation in the Video contest
Video recorded performances belong to a separate competition category which is divided into the participation of Primary schools, Gymnasiums, Lyceums entrants. The jury is also composed of experts from the organizers and representatives of the participating schools. Each school should indicate to the organizers, by the end of January, the names of the judges representing the school (one teacher and one student).
The judges will have to watch all the video entries that will be uploaded to a dedicated web site by the organizers, evaluate them in the forms that the latter will provide and send them back by email by the date indicated to them by the organization. Out-of-date evaluation forms will not be accepted.
It is clarified that the results of the scores are calculated on the basis of the average of the judges who submitted the relevant evaluation form.
The results for the video contest will be published online before the first event. They will also be announced at the end of the two events so that if a school wishes they can send a representative to receive the prize. Those who cannot attend live to receive their prize, will be sent electronically to them.
